| The ninth EFE newsletter of 2013 arrived today along with the combined Release Sheet 9 & 10. One previously unannounced model is listed in the newsletters forthcoming releases section, however there are no further details for this model at present. 36608 Transdev - Dennis Dart SLF Plaxton Pointer II Bus There are details of two forthcoming commissioned bus models. The first has already been mentioned in a earlier news item on this site and features a Dublin City Imp Mercedes Benz Minibus. The model will depict ME1 registered 93-D-10001 on route 123 bound for Droimeanach - Drimnagh. This is model now expected to be released in the new year and details of how to obtain one will be given in the next newsletter. The second model has been commissioned by the Bachmann Collectors Club. The model ref no. 24329K carries the fleet livery of Todmorden/L.M.S. and features a 30' BET single deck bus numbered 37. The model carries registration 573 EYG and is depicted working a rail replacement service. Period advertisements announcing forthcoming railway closures will also be applied to the model. Sunrise Models have recently announced four further kits are being planned for release in 2014/5. Reservation for all of these are now being accepted. Kit 39: 1937/40 Leyland lowbridge-bodied Leyland Titan TD5/TD - Due 2014  Kit 40: 1961 Alexander-bodied triple-door Leyland Leopard (Edinburgh Corporation 101) - Due 2014  Kit 41: 997 Alexander ALX100-bodied Mercedes-Benz Vario - Due 2014/5  Kit 42: 1996/2001 10.8m Alexander ALX200-bodied Dennis Dart SLF - Due 2014/5 Orders are now being accepted for two new kit releases.  Kit 11: 1949 Maudslay Marathon/Brockhouse full-front coach (Kit includes some transfers) - Available now - £38.00 plus P&P  Kit 6: 1955/58 Northern Counties lowbridge-bodied Leyland PD2 - Due late November - £40.00 plus P&P  A second run of the 1952 Albion FT3AL/Harvey (kit 3) model has been produced and these are now available again for £38.00 plus P&P.
