| Incorrect Information Posted For Oxford Model |
Sincere apologies to Oxford Diecast and anyone else who has been confused by my posting of incorrect information relating to a possible future Southdown version of the 1/76 scale Weymann Fanfare Coach. Oxford haven't announced a model of this coach Oxford have contacted me to say that this model, which I incorrectly assumed would be 76WFA002, hasn't been officially announced & nor has the number I quoted been allocated to any other item at this point in time. |

| Latest EFE Subscribers Newsletter |
| The latest EFE newsletter & release sheet 8 arrived today. EFE are marking this year's Centenary of the Northern General Omnibus Company and their associated fleets by releasing a number of appropriate models. The first a Leyland National in Go Ahead livery has already been released (17706), the next release will be a Northern General RMF Routemaster which will carry commemorative adverts, there are more Newcastle, Gateshead , Tyne & Wear and Sunderland models to come. A new exclusive subscriber's model has been announced, the model is priced £32.50 including P&P and is expected to be ready for dispatch to subscriber service members in November. This item appears to match a proposed commissioned model announced sometime ago by the London Transport Museum (29903C).  29908 London Transport Green Line (T698c - EYK 333 / route N Bishop Stortford) - AEC 10T10 Coach Two previously unannounced models are included among the list of forthcoming releases, there are no further details at this stage. 34002 London Transport - AEC 2RT2 Bus 32105 Northern General (Centenary model) - RMF Routemaster |

| Three Photographs of New B-T Models Published |
| The first photographs of the pair of Western SMT Bristol Lodekka LD1 buses announced last month have been published today by John Ayrey. B107A Western SMT (GCS 237 / Woodhall) - Bristol Lodekka LD1 Long radiator / open platform B107B Western SMT (GCS 244/ Dellingburn - Bristol Lodekka LD1 Long radiator / open platform There's also a photograph showing the following model that was announced yesterday. I've been informed by David Rowe that this is actually a commissioned item and will be on sale at South Dublin Model Railway Show, at Blackrock College on the 26-28 October. The commissioned EFE Dublin Bus Mercedes Benz Minibus mentioned in my 5 October posting will be available at the same event. | Seven new 1/76 scale B-T models haves have appeared on the John Ayrey Diecast site today. Only one of the models has been illustrated at this time however. | Peter Harrison's Model Lists Updated |
| Peter's comprehensive collection of model lists have been fully updated to the 1st October 2013. The lists contains details of over 5000 model buses mainly in 1/76 scale. There are also lists covering a wider range of 1/76 models road vehicles produced the likes of Oxford Diecast, Pocketbond Classix & B-T Models amongst others. The Fleets list now contains over 4700 models associated with 950 different operators. I'm considering restricting future updates of this list to the 5 smaller part lists as the single full A-Z version has now grown to a very large size. Comments would be welcomed on this issue. Peter's popular Model Bus Kits list has also grown once again and now contains just over 1811 items, finally there's a new list showing all the model bus releases so far this year. Some slight layout bugs affecting some of the lists when viewed in Internet Explorer have also been ironed out (hopefully). The missing model photographs in Corgi Roadscene list have also been fixed. | Commissioned Dublin Bus City Imp EFE Minibus |
| Derek Farrelly & Adrian Lemon have commissioned EFE to produce a Dublin Bus Mercedes Benz 709D minibus in the yellow & red City Imp livery. Photographs of the pre-production sample model have been published and the model is currently expected to be released in late November or December and will be priced €34.99. The pre-production sample model will be displayed by Derek & Adrian along with other Special Commission Dublin Bus models at the South Dublin Model Railway Club Exhibition. This three day event is being held at Blackrock College, Blackrock, Co. Dublin this coming October Bank Holiday weekend 26 to 28th.

New Commissioned Tube Train Set For LT Museum A new four carriage Northern Line 1959 Tube Train set has appeared on the London Transport Museum set. The set features carriages finished in silver with dark grey roofs and red London Transport fleet names. The train carries service number 164 and is bound for Edgware Road via Bank. The sets come in a special card sleeve & are priced £175.00 plus P&P. The individual EFE carriage Ref numbers are quoted as 80404, 80504, 80604 & 80704, the EFE ref code for the set is currently unknown.  ???? | Eddie Stobart Scania Irizar PB Coach Model |
| The Tri-axle Scania Irizar PB coach previously produced for the Atlas Editions for Eddie Stobart model partworks is now also available as a stand alone item from the Eddie Stobart Club & Shop. The model depicts the companies coach C8 ESL which carries the name "Laura Abby" and is used as the Carlisle FC Team coach among other things. The model is priced £24.99 plus P&P and can be ordered online from the companies website. As far as I can tell the model is identical to the Atlas version but comes in standard Oxford Omnibus plastic display case & card sleeve rather than the card box used by Atlas.
