Next Oxford Omnibus Range Release

The latest batch of new model releases have been posted on the Oxford Diceast website today and include the following 1:76 scale Oxford Omnibus range model. 76AMT002 Western Scottish - Alexander M Type Coach These models are expacted to be available from UK model retailers next week.

New EFE Rail 1959 Tube Stock Set For LT Museum

Bachmann has announced a new EFE Rail motorised 1959 Stock Tube Train four carriage set, this will be the first motorised release of the former static EFE 1959 tube train stock models and joins the already motorised 1938 stock models. This set has been produced by Bachmann Europe exclusively for the London Transport Museum Shop and will depict a late 1970s Piccadilly line unit, Train No 254, working to Heathrow. (LT Museum product ref: SKU 471169 / Bachmann ref: (for internal use only) E99941 The set contains the following models: Car A: Driving Motor Car No 1212 Car B: Trailer Car No 2212D (‘D’ for de-icer car) Car C: Non-Driving Motor Car No 9213 Car D: Driving Motor Car No 1213 Release is expected in mid January 24, and the set is priced £399.95 plus delivery. Pre-orders can be placed on the LT Museum Shop site.

Oxford Diecast Bus Bundles

The Oxford Diecast online store has announced two new model bundles today. Each is priced £50 and contains a random selection of bus models from the range. There is a choice of either 1:148 (N scale) or 1:76 bundles with each containing models with a value of approximately £100 plus. Both bundles are described as limited availability & include free shipping. Further details can be found on the Oxford Diecast site.

Model Buses Creations will open pre-orders for the following three commissioned Northcord models tomorrow at 12pm (Friday 3 November) on the Model Buses Collection site. UKBUS0070 Stagecoach London 12345 “Selkent Ambassador” (180 North Greenwich) - Alexander Dennis Enviro400 Dual Door Double Deck Bus - Limited edition of 504 pieces UKBUS0071 Stagecoach London 12345 “Selkent Ambassador” (Stagecoach 40 years of Plumstead garage) - Alexander Dennis Enviro400 Dual Door Double Deck Bus - Limited edition of 108 pieces of which 50 are reserved for corporate clients UKBUS0072 Go-Ahead London Driver Training bus E81 - Alexander Dennis Enviro400 Dual Door Double Deck Bus - Limited edition of 504 pieces Photographs of the early pre-production samples can be viewed on Facebook. The final production models will feature revised E400 headlights. An updated Enviro400 with the facelifted headlights & bumper will be joining the MBC range in 2024.

EFE Cravens RT Model Release Update

Bachmann have revised the expected release dates for the first four London Transport Craven RT models once again. The previous Autumn 23 date has now been changed to a more specific Dec/Jan 24 date on the Bachmann Europe website. This first four models will be as follows. New EFE Rail Products Announced by Bachmann

Bachmann announced their Winter products across their various railway ranges today. There are a number of new items for the EFE Rail range including a new OO scale locomotive and various new liveries for existing N & OO scale models in the range. OO Scale New tooling for a Southern Region Bullied Booster locomotive has been announced with five liveries covering the SR & BR operating eras.(E82001-05) Bachmann are also producing a further pair of DMU sets, these both replicate liveries previously issued with heavy weathering. The DMU 143 class comes in Arriva Wales livery (E83023) while the 144 class carries BR Reigional Railways livery (E83032). N Scale The N scale range includes four further liveries for the WD Austerity (J94) Saddle Tank steam locomotive. (E85505-7/10) Eight further PBA Tiger wagons in ECC blue (E87520-3) or ECC International (E8732-5) white liveries are being produced, these will be available with or without weathering.
