Saltire Model Bus Kits has re-opened with a new range of kits
David Tait has decided to reverse his September 2020 decision to close the Saltire Model kits business.
A new range of kits are now in development and David has also produced a number of kits for members of the free to join Model Bus Scotland Facebook Group.

Saltire Model Bus Kits was formed by David Tait and Stephen Carlin in 2016, work commenced on the first kits based on the new ADL 200 MMC single deck vehicles.

The resin kits include glazing, wheels & decal packs. The kits are designed for easy assembly with a one piece body & chassis components.

Like most resin kit producers model batches are made in limited quantities based on pre-orders, It is highly recommended that this option is used where available.

Due to other commitments David decided to close the business in September 2020, most of the original kits were passed on to either Sunrise Models or Citibus Models (see previous kits list below for more details).
During the Spring of 2021 following David's involvement in producing a number of kits for the members of the Model Bus Scotland Facebook Group, he decided to relaunch the Saltire MOdel Bus Kits with a new range of resin kits.
