Something To Do! |
Here's a little wordsearch puzzle to keep you amused during the current holiday period. The words can go up, down, left, right and diagonal.
Just click and drag the mouse pointer over the words if you can find them! There are more puzzles on my other sites, each one with words relevant to the manufacturer. Requires a Flash enabled browser. Can you spot the 10 differences? Click picture to enlarge, three more can be found on my other sites. Can't find all 10? Here's the solution. |

Latest EFE Newsletter |
The final subscriber's newsletter arrived today along with Release sheets 11 & 12 and the annual subscriber's calendar. Frank Joyce mentions how sad it has been to see so many small model shops disappear in the past year and learn that collectors are having difficulty purchasing EFE models. In an attempt to rectify this EFE are now selling the standard release models directly to the general public, when asked. "At the end of the day it is only collectors & the general public purchasing our models that keeps us in business, producing our range of detailed, quality models. This service does not include special Subscriber models, which are still only sold direct to Subscribers only". There is a brief mention of just one previously unannounced model in this newsletter. 24203 Maidstone & District - Alexander Fleetline Type B |

Details Of Seven New Models Announced |
EFE's latest trade release sheet gives details of seven new models including the two models mentioned in the last subscriber's newsletter and two new lorry variations. There's also an update on the East Yorkshire AEC Duple Coach revealed at Cobham in late October. Note also the pre-production STL bus sample illustrated has the registration & fleet numbers transposed, I'm sure this will be corrected on the final production models. |
