As reported below the first RTW model has now been pre-released exclusively via London's Transport Museum. I indebted to Bryan Knights for allowing me to reproduce his pictures of the model which were originally published on the excellent http://worldwidemodelbuses.fotopic.net site.
Other traders should receive their stock of the London Transport & Barton Transport RTW's in the next couple of weeks.

    The new London Transport RTW model (OM41701) will be exclusively released on Saturday 19 August at a special event at London's Transport Museum Shop in Covent Garden Piazza.
The models will be available from the shop from 10.00 for £24.99 each and as an added bonus the first 50 customers to purchase an RTW will also receive a free ticket allowing them to take a free hour long tour of Central London on a real RTW bus which will depart at 16.00. The bus RTW467 on which the model is based will also be on display in the Piazza between 10.00 & 16.00 so customer's will be available to compare the long awaited OOC casting with the real thing!

Unfortunately if your unable to get to the Museum or have supported your local model supplier by pre-ordering the model you will have to wait until Corgi release this model to the rest of the trade during the week beginning the 28 August 4 September.

    The following model has now been released and should be available from all the normal retailers.
