- The Leyland National by Chris Pearson - Models of the Leyland National have been produced by several companies including EFE & Pirate models, Chris gives some background on the real vehicles, shows some of his Pirate kit models and explains how he produced the three door version illustrated on the cover.
- North-East Area Model Competition by Gordon Wigham - This years entrants in the annual model competition.
- Midland Bus Kits First Model Bus Show by Daryl Hemsell - Over 200 people attended the event in Derbyshirein late March. There were 20 stalls, demonstrations and several model exhibits to be enjoyed.
- RML3 by Martin Hare - EFE have produced three of the four Routemaster prototype vehicles. RM1,2 & CRL4. Chris explains how he modified the Green Line CRL4 model to produce the missing central area open platform vehicle.
- Derek Fisk Drawings - The executors have now been located and say the drawings are still in existence. In due course a complete set will be supplied to the MBF for members' use.
- Products News UK - News from Paul Ellender who reports his Yutong TC9 is kit NK12 is being re-run in a limited quantity. The Man / MOBIpeople Explorer II reported last month has sold out, but a re-run may be possible if there is enough interest. Next kit will be NK15 a Mercedes Tourismo 13.1 metre expected in June/July with NK16 the VDL Futura 2 to follow in August/September.
Tiny have produced small final runs of the following popular kits with only limited numbers now available. TK1, TK3, TK8, TK13, TK20, TK37G, TK76S TK77L & TK79V (see the Tiny Kits Page). Dustin lids resin wheels & axles are now back in stock along with the Willowbrook "wings" curved & straight transfers)

- Two Ivecos from Lyon by Brian Rowney - Modifying the off the shelf Norev Urbanway TCL Lyon model to produce a more accurate version of three door vehicle 3014 (DN 766 AW).
- Model Bus Supplement - The June issue of MBF's quarterly Model Bus journal is now available and includes 121 photographs and covers the fleet developments of 28 model operators.
