A Special Thank You To |
Yesterday was a rather sad day for me, after near on 16 years of operation my local model shop, Bus Stop Models shut it's doors for the very last time. It was one of the last traditional model shops remaining in the North West London area and I've been making regular visits to it to purchase my model buses for probably near on 15 years. I'd really like to use this opportunity to thank Margaret and her all important co-workers Cath & Alan for making all my visits to the shop such an enjoyable and rememberable experience, the friendly atmosphere will be truly missed by myself and I'm sure all those fellow customers who experienced it. I wish all three of you the very best in the future and would just like to say thanks for making my model collecting hobby all that more special, my Saturday afternoons will never be quite the same again! Kev You can still Order L.B.R.T. Transfers from the Bus Stop Models Website Although Bus Stop Models have shut their shop in South Harrow they will continue to operate their website and mail order service for the L.B.R.T. range of waterslide bus transfers and model bus spare parts. The mail order service will resume very shortly once the Post Office have allocated the requested PO Box. |
