The Weymann Fanfare Coach was produced in the 1950s and were some of the first such bodies to have a full fronted design rather than the more traditional half cab layout. The bodywork was fitted to several different makes of chassis including AEC & Leyland. Operators who used these coaches included South Wales, Grey Cars, Southdown, Yorkshire Woolen & Sheffield Corporation, among others. The first issue of the AEC version was in June 2014 followed by the Leyland version in September 2014. |
