Notes | The real bus was a Bristol J and carried registration BHW 432. The bus started life with Bristol Tramways (N70) in 1935, it was rebodied in 1949 and paseed to Bristol Omnibus in 1957. 1958 marked its withdrawal from public service and during the 1960's was used by several showmen including Freddie Hardimann. The vehicle still survives & carries the livery applied on the model. The model depicts the vehicle while being used as living quarters during the 1960's and is 1/76 scale. It uses the Corgi OOC Bristol L casting. |
