20701 - AEC Regal - Trent	THE REAL COACH Windover the London based body builder introduced this classic Huntingdon coachwork design in the early post war years, it was fitted to a variety of manufactures chassis during its production which continued into the 1950's. The Leyland Tiger PS1 and AEC Regal were two of the most popular choices of chassis in this period with both large and small operators, however the Tillings group of companies favored the Bristol chassis. Windover was taken over by Duple in the 1950's and this coach design continued to be built in that manufactures range for some time. THE EFE MODEL This was the first half cab coach in the range. A second version was planned with a solid valence by the front entrance rather than the small window, these were allocated catalogue numbers 213, 214 & 224 however to date none have appeared and one of the reserved numbers has since been used for another model. After an initial 2 or 3 issues of each model in late 1996 and early 97 the number of new releases has been very limited. During 1998 a Duple version of the coach was released with a solid valence. So far only the AEC and Leyland Tiger versions have been issued.  (See models 253 & 268)
