Two New Models Announced & A Code 2 Release30 October
The latest Subscribers newsletter contains details of two further models.

It's also been confirmed that this commissioned model has now been released. It not however been confirmed what Jet will use this for or whether it will be able for sale to the general public.

EFE expect the first release of the new London Transport GS model to occur in January or February 2005.

Finally if you took part in the EFE competition 'How Many Models in the Tank' at the Showbus Rally and were wondering, the correct answer was 131 models with the closest winning guess being 130.

London's Transport Museum's EFE Model Update28 October
The LT Museum has recently sent out a newsletter to standing order customers outlining future model releases. A number of EFE models are mentioned, and details for these are given below.

Four Routemaster models are now planned and will replace the previously announced RML2360 & RML2403. These models will depict the pair of Arriva London Routemasters given special liveries earlier this year in connection with the Routemaster 50th Anniversary. Both models will be produced in two versions, with advertisements on route 73 and without advertisements on route 19. These are expected to be available in early 2005.

The green STL postponed earlier this year is now to be produced.
27810A? - STL2411 (EGO 473) Route 455 to High Wycombe - £22.99 plus £3 P&P.

A new bus set (no. 13) is also planned for Spring next year and will be titled 'London Country in Rickmansworth' this will contain a GS and an RF. No other details are available at present and order forms will be sent out once details have been finalized.

Standing order customers are being offered the remaining stock of the Green Line RF 23316A produced for this October's Acton Depot Open day.
Only a few Prototype Routemaster sets 99927 now remain, customers are advised to order now as stocks are expected to run out shortly (£45 plus £6 P&P).
The museum also has a quantity of the red AEC 10T10 buses produced for the Duxford Showbus Rally 30001 these are available for £18.99 plus £3 P&P.

Finally the newsletter also mentions that the first EFE GS release is expected around the turn of the year.

Swindon Transport Centenary Rally Model26 October
It been brought to my attention that a Code 2 EFE model was released on the 12th September at the Wroughton Science Museum Rally to mark Thamesdown Transport's Centenary.
The model is believed to have been commissioned by Thamesdown Transport and was not certificated.

Six new models have now be announced to the trade by EFE. Among these are the West Yorkshire Bristol MW and the two First Group models shown at the Showbus Rally.
