The Mitsubishi Fuso Non-Step Citybus was CMNL's second model tooling, this bus is popular in Japan and the model has been produced with both folding and sliding centre entrance doors. The can be modified to represent CNG, diesel, & diesel-electric Hybrid powered vehicles, a variety of different roof pods have also been used on the models issued.

The engine cover opens on the rear of these models to reveal a detailed representation of the engine and as with other CMNL models there is also a high level of interior detailing.
